www.tuagenciadetraduccion.es (hereinafter “our Website”) belongs to MundoTrad (hereinafter “the Owner”).

In accordance to the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13th, about personal data protection (‘LOPD’), we inform you that personal data and information provided by you when filling in any electronic form available in our Website will be included in a personal data file owned by the Owner.

Data obtained will be used to comply with the following objectives: creating a list of users registered at our Website, for commercial purposes, as well as managing it, and getting statistics and segmentation.

Any registered user will be able to automatically receive commercial publications and communications from our Website, the user expressly giving his/her consent for it. The users will be able to unsubscribe from these periodic commercial communications at any time through an e-mail indicating his/her wish sent to  info@mundotrad.com.

The Owner will be individually responsible of the file and commits not to using the data for a purpose different from which they were gathered for or transferring them illegally to a third party. The commitment is also extended to the confidential management of data and to the application of the safety technical measures needed to avoid an unauthorized handling or access according to the data protection regulations in force.

Users may freely exercise their right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose (“ARCO rights”) in accordance to the terms legally provided through a message sent to the following e-mail address: info@mundotrad.com, specifying in both cases their full name and attaching a photocopy of their National ID Card.
